Microsoft journey

For Microsoft’s company-wide Hackathon, my cross-functional team focused on answering how might we better celebrate employee transitions (with an initial focus on new employees)? Our solution, Microsoft Journey, integrates existing Microsoft platforms and data to create a better welcoming experience for new employees. We remove the outdated and cumbersome practice of using email—a solution that doesn’t scale well—and instead built a solution that scales engagement and works for other employee transition moments such as promotions, team changes, and anniversaries.
